PROCEDURE REQUIREMENTS

ADMISSION AND WITHDRAWALS

Admission is open to the boys according to the seats available in classes from VI To XII.

  • The last date for receipt of prescribed application form with duly attested mark sheet of the last examination is 10th April 2008.

  • Candidates, who have attended a recognized school shall not be admitted without a school leaving certificate from the school last attended, if they come from school outside the State of Rajasthan. The leaving certificate has to be counter signed by the Education authorities (Dist. Education Office) of the division in which the school is situated.

  • Admission and other fee, once paid are not refundable except security money.

  • School leaving certificate shall not be issued unless all school dues are paid and other articles belonging to school are returned.

  • Admission to class XI will be only on the basis of merit and availability of seats.

  • Holidays are applicable as per government list.

GENERAL DIRECTIVES

Admission is open to the boys according to the seats available in classes from VI To XII.

  • The Principal has a right to refuse admission to any applicant without giving any reason.

  • In case of any kind of mis-behavior or mis-conduct or any un – desirable activities on the part of any students, the Principal may expel him from the school without giving any reason.

  • In case of any complaint, they should report the matter to the Principal within three days for the necessary action.

  • If any article or school property is spoiled or broken or damaged, the student will be responsible for its repair or replacement etc. (within seven days)

  • All the students will keep with them their Identity Card in the school premises.

  • Security Money will be refunded within one month after issue of the Transfer Certificate but an amount for the spoiled or broken or damaged articles will be deducted from the Security Money. If it is not taken within 3 years, the security money will be forfeited.

  • The activities or any new project, if introduced by the Management of the Sansthan for the benefit of the students in near future, will be observed.
